Feature Improvements
Query Update – Not Paid | Accounting
The “Not paid” query on the Invoices search page now has a new optional “partially paid?” parameter. This lets you differentiate between fully unpaid invoices and those which have been partially paid via PAD or a split payment.
Query Update – Has Multiple Payments | Accounting
The above query is now available on the Invoices search page and will return all invoices where at least 2 payments have been applied, within the given date range, to the invoice. Payments that were later unapplied, and unsuccessful payments, are not counted.
Complaint Triage/Monitoring Permission | Complaints
There is a new permission setting available called “Complaint Triage/Monitoring.” This permission allows a person to assist with the setup and management of complaints without gaining access to all the details of the complaint. They can for example, create a complaint and edit certain fields such as contacts, but they cannot see the timeline, summary, events, documents or reports. The “Complaint Details” permission is still available as well which provides full access to complaints.
Open Complaints Widget | Admin Dashboard
The complaints widget received an update this month which now appears in a highlighted yellow colour when a complaint is in the default status. The default status label is editable so it would be different per regulator. But for example, when a complaint is brand new, the default status could be “File opened.” When a complaint is in this default status, it will remain highlighted to catch your attention.
Bug Fixes
Person form registration changes | Admin
Administrators with the new person form configurations could not assign registration change forms from the admin portal. This workflow is required for registration change forms which require admins to review and confirm eligibility, before allowing registrants to complete the form. The process is now available on the person registration details page, similar to legacy registration change forms.
Person form license generation | Admin
Reinstatement forms that were built with the “person form” form type were not generating invoices or registrations when used by members with expired licenses. This has been resolved.
Person form bulk withdraw profile updates | Admin
Previously the option to withdraw profile updates in bulk was not compatible with the new person form type but this was resolved this month.
Consultation Closed Date | Consultations
Previously there was a bug relating to consultation closed dates. If the consultation had a closed date that was in the future, the system was considering it to be closed now. This has been updated so if you have a future closed date, the system now considers it to be currently open until that date becomes the current date.
