The November 2024 release of Alinity was deployed to Test environments on November 12th and deployed to Production environments on November 21st. A summary of the changes included in this release appear below.

New Features
Look Up Pending Elavon Payments | Accounting
This new feature will allow you to check pending payments for Elavon through Alinity first. On the payment details screen next to the status label a button will appear to the right for pending Elavon payments. When this button is clicked Alinity will look for the payment in Elavon and if it is found and approved then the payment in Alinity will approved and the transaction details recorded.
Feature Improvements
Increased Performance | Member Portal
Members will experience increased performance of the member UI after payment is made on an invoice and re-directing back to dashboard.
Audit Creation Manual Search | Admin
When searching for members to manually create an audit during the audit group process, the search used to only support names. This has been updated so that you can also now search by their registration number and email address.
Complaint Status Timeline Edit and Delete | Complaint
The status timeline for complaints has been updated to allow any status other than the initial status to be edited or deleted as long as it was created within the edit window. This is configurable but by default is 72 hours.
Login Page | All
The login feature has been updated to support using the enter key on the password field to submit the login request.
Elavon Online Payments | Member Portal
The payment process has been updated to better handle user initiated cancellation of payments through Elavon as well as other improvements.
Registration Search Page | Admin
We have adjusted the registration search page for better performance when running searches and queries.
Review Required Queries | Admin
Review Required queries will now be significantly faster for all form types.
Bug Fixes
Consultation Document List Speed | Consultations
The time it takes to retrieve the document list on consultation details has been improved to load within a couple seconds.
Infinite Redirect | Member Portal
Resolved infinite re-direct when logging in through the member portal in certain edge cases.
Deleting Notes Attached to Forms | Admin
Previously notes were incorrectly marked as not removable when attached to forms. This is now corrected and admins may now remove these notes.
Info buttons on refund page | Accounting
Previously the “i” info buttons that appear on a refund invoice were not populating with any information. This has not been resolved.
Visual duplicate of org in search results | Organizations
If an organization had 2 withdrawn org forms, it was causing the org to appear twice in the general org search. Both results were the same Org SID so although it appeared to be duplicated, both results were the same. This has been corrected.
Next release
The December 2024 release of Alinity is scheduled for deployment to production sites December 19th.
