The August 2021 release of Alinity was deployed to Production environments on August 19th. A summary of the changes included in this release appear below.

| There is a new dashboard widget available for administrators who have the Complaint Management or System Administrator grants. This widget presents a summary of open complaints, the user’s complaints and complaints with late or overdue events without needing to run queries through the complaint screen. | ||

| Users of the member portal are now able to start to fill out a custom form themselves without requiring the administrator to first assign it to them. | Custom forms can now be configured to support reviews by people who are not users of the Alinity system. For information on this configuration option please contact the help desk. | ||

| A new report to show the number of members currently in each register and subsection, is now available from the Registrations management page. | ||

| A register can now be updated to remove the feature to download a permit/license on the member portal. This is useful in scenarios where a member may be active on a register but those registers do not get a license or permit with the organization, such as a transitional register. | ||

| If an administrator attempts to approve an application with an outstanding invoice the approval will now be blocked and the administrator will receive a message that there is an invoice which must be paid first. | ||

| Updated to return not just explicitly blocked forms, but also forms with a reviewer response, or with a follow-up date that’s due or overdue. | ||
