The January 2025 release of Alinity was deployed to Test environments on January 14th and was deployed to Production environments on January 23rd. A summary of the changes included in this release appear below.

Feature Improvements
Rich Text | Task Management
Tasks now support rich text editing. This means that you can now use bold, highlight, colour, and other text editing features that you’ve seen in other areas of the system.
Learning Plan Status History | Learning Plans
Additional submissions for learning plans will now show in the status history instead of a single “Submitted” status for improved visibility.
Registration Export Data Source | Database Management
The basic registration export data sources now have the registrant’s name and registrant number included (reinstatements, registration changes, renewals, etc.) from the Registrations search page.
Session Time Reports | Admin
Session time reports have been updated so that the time-stamps are displayed in the user’s time zone.
Go to change form | Accounting
On legacy form configurations the ‘Go to change form’ button was available on the related invoice that would bring admins from the invoice to the form. This feature is now available for person form configurations.
Generate Invoice Button on Person Forms | Renewals
On the legacy renewal forms, there was a button to generate an invoice that was available for admins so that they could generate the related invoice before a renewal is approved. This allows for an admin to make edits prior to the member seeing the invoice. This functionality is now available for person forms as well.
Bug Fixes
Documents | Member Portal
We resolved an issue where some documents were not appearing for members through their dashboard.
PersonForm Renewals | Renewal
We fixed an issue with renewals that have learning plans embedded and a Profile Update defined with the newer PersonForm technology. If the registrant tries to access the learning plan out-of-order, the system will redirect them to the Profile Update step properly rather than trying to redirect them to the old version of the Profile Update.
Dashboard Widget Descriptions | Admin Portal
We resolved an issue where if there was a widget on the Admin dashboard that did not have a description, then it would show the description of the previously selected widget. This has now been resolved.

The February 2025 release of Alinity is scheduled for deployment to production sites February 20th.
